Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Only full-price items qualify for return; sale items, promotional items, accessories, and tailored garments are final sale.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by our quality team.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds to cover handling, packaging, and inspection costs.

Exchange Option:
We encourage customers to exchange for a different size or product rather than request a refund. Exchanges ship free within the U.S.
Refunds:
Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Defective or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact support@suit-sharks.com within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and replace or credit the item at our discretion.
Final Sale Policy
Due to the limited nature of our releases and curated production model, Suit Sharks reserves the right to refuse excessive or abusive returns.
Repeated return behavior may result in account suspension or order cancellation.
